| We comply with applicable laws and internal policies and procedures, in particular those related to Safety, Health, and the Environment.

| We support the business interests of Chemetall while at all times respecting the laws and principles pertaining to fair competition.

| We preserve and protect company assets by operating equipment in a safe, efficient, and proper manner.

| We do not put our private interests before those of the company, particularly as it relates to insider trading regulations and the acceptance of gifts and entertainment.

| We prepare the company financial statement and supporting documents in a complete, accurate, understandable and timely manner.

| We protect the intellectual property of the company by not disclosing any confidential or proprietary information to unauthorised persons.
